   "Nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind" what u think, what you say, what u feel, what u believe wat u do shouldn't matter to others . Its hard to estimate something good when there's nothing to compare it to.  Be good instead of proving to be good . if  you're  already a good person is all the concerns you not what people think. We have a responsibility of letting people know what they're talking about. 

" deliverance which does not deliver " is like relaxation without relaxation for example you make set things to the side and not have to worry about it just to relax from it but the next day that relaxation wont be worth it because the work you were trying to relax from well get bigger and more stressful because more things will stack up on your to do list.

"Ne te quaesiveris extra" means do not seek outside of  yourself  which I think means appreciate what you have done and don't become someone or say something just to fit in. Also the first part of the essay is saying how you should believe in yourself just like  Moses, Plato, and Milton they spoke what they thought not what they thought the  people wanted to hear.
